Zoom Integration

This page will help you get connect Rally to your Zoom account. Once your Zoom account is connected to Rally, we can automatically attach new Zoom meetings to scheduled interviews.

Installation

Zoom installation for Rally
  1. Click on your profile in the top right of the screen then go to Settings > Connected Accounts
  2. Click Connect to Zoom

Usage

Scheduler example for Rally
  1. To use the Zoom integration, create a new Study
  2. On the Calendar step, connect to your Google or Outlook email account
  3. After connecting your email account, select Zoom as your study location
  4. Rally will then automatically create new Zoom meetings for each interview booked through the scheduling page

Uninstallation

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Rally app
  3. Click the Rally app
  4. Click Uninstall
